Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is Summit Leadership?

From starting up your organization to leadership transitions and expansion plans, Summit is here to serve your organization through it all. We connect, consult, coach, and care for leaders so they can go further faster than they would be able to alone. It’s difficult to verbalize because we approach every partnership with care and customization. Reach out today to meet with someone from our team! We would be honored to serve you.

How can I book a meeting space at Summit Leadership?

One benefit of a partnership with Summit Leadership is the use of our 40,000 sq ft facility. We encourage you to reach out to our Facility Lead when scheduling your first meeting in the facility (423)283-7557. We do not have rooms or storage available for rent.

Does my organization qualify for partnership?

Your organization does not have to be faith-based to become a partner. At Summit, we look for a values alignment. Contact us today () so we can sit down and discuss our three win’s model: good for you, good for Summit, and good for the community.

Why should I donate to Summit Leadership?

Summit Leadership is 501(c)3 for-impact organization. Donations make partnerships accessible to nonprofits, ministries, and churches. Your individual or business donation helps support a leader currently unable to pay for connecting, consulting, coaching, and caring. By removing this cost barrier, our nonprofit and ministries are able to address community needs with excellence and urgency.

What can I expect when visiting Summit Leadership?

We recommend parking in the front parking lot and walking through our automatic sliding doors. If the parking lot is full, we have more parking around the back of the building. Upon entering, you’ll see the front desk where someone will be available to help you find your meeting or answer any question you may have. We aim for unreasonable hospitality for anyone who enters our doors which is why you’ll always find coffee and light refreshments available in the common areas.

Does Summit Leadership offer counseling?

At Summit, we believe in the whole health of a leader – especially their mental health. We have two counselors on staff who are accepting new clients. Michele King, M.S. is a Certified Biblical Counselor with over 30 years of experience. Chloe Campbell, LMSW is a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 8 years experience. Currently, sessions are $70/individual and $85/couples & family. We do have scholarship funds available should cost be a barrier to accessing our caring services.
