Working Together for Greater Impact

Leaders of local organizations often lack the resources to host meetings, store equipment, rent office space, and mingle with likeminded individuals. Summit Leadership Foundation provides a space for all of these activities and more.

When you support Summit, you’re helping local leaders come together to network, brainstorm, and learn—a combination of benefits that leads to stronger organizations, which can then expand their positive impact throughout our region.

While our 40,000-square-foot building already serves as a relational hub for business, nonprofit, and church leaders, there are so many more organizations that can benefit from our space and our services!

The Need

In March 2022, we bought the existing building at 3515 Bristol Highway with the help of our incredibly generous donors. While this spacious facility allows us to continue a leadership movement across the Appalachian Highlands, it also means that our potential to serve leaders has more than doubled!

But for us to bring that potential into reality, we need to redesign our existing space. We envision a unique collection of meeting rooms, creative areas, and conference rooms, allowing more leaders to collaborate for greater Kingdom impact.

The Vision

At the heart of our vision is a plan to serve as an epicenter for local leaders to come together to craft creative responses to community challenges. Specifically, we intend to provide well-thought-out spaces including comfortable offices, convenient meeting and professional development rooms, adaptable flex spaces, and more, including:

  • A main conference room for up to 200 people
  • 4 large meeting rooms for up to 60 people
  • 6 “board meeting” rooms for up to 20 people
  • 3 small meeting rooms for up to 4 people
  • 8 “flex space” rooms with multiple coworking or individual meeting configurations
  • 10 offices for staff and resident partners
  • 1 creative space with access to coffee and snacks
  • Multiple outdoor gathering spaces
  • A fully equipped catering kitchen
  • Multiple storage areas

These improved arrangements will provide leaders the ideal setting to meet with their peers, to learn from each other and from Summit, and expand their reach while significantly lessening their overhead costs!

Every day and in innumerable and often invisible ways, Summit Leadership provides critical support to people and organizations striving to do good in this community and around the world.Supporting Summit allows me to have an impact far beyond my limited reach.
