Executive Director
Todd is a nonprofit leader, coach, and consultant who helps mission-driven organizations grow with clarity, confidence, and healthy leadership. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Liberty University, and he brings a rare blend of experience from the nonprofit, corporate, and entrepreneurial worlds.
Over the years, Todd has served as a nonprofit executive, led teams in corporate environments, and built businesses from the ground up. That mix has shaped a practical, people-first approach: he understands the real pressure leaders carry—limited resources, big expectations, and the constant pull between urgent needs and long-term vision.
Today, he partners with leaders through coaching and consulting to strengthen strategy, build sustainable systems, and scale impact without burning out. Whether an organization is stabilizing after a hard season or preparing its next stage of growth, Todd is known for meeting leaders where they are, listening well, and helping them take clear, actionable steps forward.
When he’s not working with leaders, you’ll often find Todd with Elias, the therapy dog—bringing joy to others in the community.

Danielle graduated from Johnson and Whales University with degrees in Business Management and Marketing. She joins the team with over 18 years of experience in retail with Target, Mattress Firm, and most recently The Vitamin Shoppe. Her husband Blaine has 10+ years with Food City serving as their Director of In Store Sushi. In their free time they enjoy going on adventures with their daughter, Claire.

Patrick holds a B.A. in History, an M.A. in Theology, and an M.Ed. in Administration, a blend of academic disciplines that uniquely equips him to connect timeless truths with practical, real-world leadership challenges. He is also a certified Enneagram Trainer, bringing a deeply human and transformative lens to personal and team development.
Known for his warmth, clarity, and ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights, Patrick is committed to cultivating healthy cultures, equipping leaders, and guiding organizations toward sustainable growth and genuine impact.
Patrick and his wife, Lindsey, have been married 19 years and are raising four children. They also have a Goldendoodle who fancies himself almost human.

Eric grew up in Seymour, Indiana (home of John “Cougar” Mellencamp”) and earned a business degree from Ball State University. Following a stint in Johnson City working for Saturn, Eric met his wife, Cindy, and moved to Indiana to work for an Indiana corporation as their Director of Customer Service and Training departments. Eight years later, Eric resigned his position and enrolled in Asbury Seminary. Eric earned a Master of Divinity from Asbury in 2010 and began working with Summit as the Director of The Church Mobilization Network in 2014. Eric and Cindy live in Johnson City and have two daughters and a golden retriever. Eric is passionate about movies and cycling the beautiful roads of East Tennessee.
David Hostetler
Director of Finance
David has built his career in business settings with a focus on accounting, logistics, and operational leadership. Before joining Summit, he spent many years working in office management and inventory control, giving him a practical understanding of how organizations run day to day. He enjoys the structure of working with numbers and takes satisfaction in keeping books accurate, organized, and easy to understand. Originally from Oregon, David now lives in Bristol, TN, with his wife, Casey, and enjoys time outdoors, riding his Harley, and being with friends and family.
Jonathan Fields
CRM Specialist, Events & Communication
Jonathan is a marketing strategist and creative advocate based in Johnson City, Tennessee. He serves as CRM Specialist for Summit Leadership, where he leads event communication, partner engagement, and digital strategy — helping the organization build stronger relationships and tell its story more effectively.
With 16 years of experience in marketing and advertising, Jonathan’s approach is rooted in relationships, realizing that the most impactful works in life are never accomplished alone. He is also a TEDxJohnsonCity alum, having delivered a talk titled “Beyond Handshakes: Cultivating Meaningful Relationships.”
Jonathan attended East Tennessee State University. He and his wife live in Johnson City, where he’s passionate about helping creatives and leaders do their most impactful work.

As a self-proclaimed story collector, Annalee has a deep passion for people’s stories, history, and vision. As part of a multicultural family, she loves nothing more than seeing people from different places, experiences, and backgrounds come together as one community. Annalee was born and raised in Johnson City, and after graduating from Asbury University with a degree in English Literature, she returned home and immediately stepped into the nonprofit world, serving as a board member, volunteer, and staff member in various organizations across the city.
Growing up with a rotating door of friends and family in her home, this work only solidified Annalee’s love for community and broadened her connection to it. She truly believes we are better together and seeks to make everyone she encounters feel seen and valued. Annalee lives just outside of downtown with her husband Tasa and delights in long walks and investing in the written word as both a reader and writer.
