If you stopped by the Summit facility in the last month, you probably saw a new face! We are thrilled to welcome Constance Gray as Summit’s Facility Hospitality Lead & Communications Assistant. Constance joins the team with over 12 years of experience in retail management and legal administration. We think Constance is a rockstar already and we want our partners to know the newest Summit team member.
What is your favorite book on leadership? “Being a Minister’s Wife and Being Yourself”- by Nancy Pannell
What is your favorite quote on leadership & why? “The mark of a true leader is living a quality of life that others will want to pattern…”- Pastor Mark Redd
This quote hits home for me because I grew up around many strong leaders in the church and within the community. Their great examples of leadership helped shape and build my character. Their leadership helped me grow into the strong woman that I am today. I think that it is important for a leader to live a life that leaves others saying, “I want to be like them when I grow up”.
What is your favorite activity for self-care? reading, singing, exercising
What is your favorite part of your job (so far)? My work family/environment. You can buy a lot of things, but you can’t buy the peace that comes along with a positive office culture!
How long have you been with Summit? 1 month (yay!)
Tell us about your family: My husband and I have been married for 4 years and we have two beautiful children, Jaden and Nevaeh. Our favorite things to do as a family is to spend time together creating memories and going to church.
